Toggl Plan is the tool that’s most similar to ProofHub, with the ability to plan projects, manage tasks, and plan resources. On Toggl Plan’s lowest subscription level, you’re able to create timelines and recurring tasks that can improve the workflows of a small team. 

The main downside of this structure is that you’ll need to pay for each tool individually to fully utilize all of Toggl’s features. Toggl Plan requires a Toggl Track integration to track time, which ProofHub can do in its app.
