I joined HarrimanSteel last year as the new Operations Manager. We're a fast-paced creative agency driven by our output. A motivated group of diverse individuals excited by our portfolio of clients and encouraged by our peers to deliver best in class creative execution.
What was the problem/opportunity that led your company to look into our solution, Rodeo?
Our previous software was confusing and hard to follow. We needed a new project management software that was simple and easy for all team members to use.
How did we meet this need/opportunity?
Rodeo ticked all of our boxes and was easy to implement for the whole team.
How did you discover Rodeo? Describe the selection process.
We wanted to look close to home to allow easy integration with our Dutch bookkeeping software. This also meant great local support and easy onboarding. And who doesn’t like to support start-ups!?
How do you use our product in your workflow today? What feature do you use the most?
Our Account Managers and Producers will create budgets/proposals from scratch within Rodeo, record all expenses, and ensure on-time billing. The rest of our team track their hours against all relevant projects so we can follow budgets accurately.
What are the benefits you achieved?
Having everything in one place is a huge benefit and time-saver; invoices, expenses, hours, rate cards, contacts, etc.
What are your future plans for using Rodeo within your team(s)?
We are currently trialing the planner tool to see if we can become even more efficient within Rodeo.
