Tell us about yourself and your organization.

My name is Jessy van der Vlist, founder of Sticky Chapters. We focus on video marketing and -productions with Sticky Chapters. We characterize ourselves by the strategy behind the online productions, with which we help our customers with strategic video plans, masterclasses, or productions using our own concept ‘Made To Stick’.

What was the problem/opportunity that led your company to look into our solution, Rodeo?

At the moment Sticky Chapters is growing as a company. Now that our team is getting bigger, I wanted to use data in a smarter way, for ourselves as well as for (future) customers. I felt like some processes could be optimized, even though this was just an intuitive feeling as I couldn’t correlate anything to specific numbers or data.

Did we meet this need/opportunity?

Absolutely! My team members and I finally have a clear overview of what projects are active, the number of hours that can be billed to them, and what the definitive margins and findings are in the end.

How did you discover Rodeo? Describe the selection process.

On LinkedIn I was approached by Solange for a call. Because I get a lot of these messages, I’m usually reluctant to reply. This time however, Solange’s message really made me feel like she understood my company, and that Rodeo was something I (sub)consciously needed. For this reason, I wanted to know more. Ever since that first call up until now, I have always experienced perfect customer service from you guys. I don’t know of many companies that would go this far to make sure their customers are satisfied.

How do you use our product in your workflow today? What feature do you use the most?

Rodeo is the first app I open in the morning and one of the last I close at the end of the day. In particular, the insights have helped me move faster with setting up new projects and the process of hiring team members.

What are the benefits you achieved?

The optimization of costs and not just having an intuitive feeling about statistics and reports, but actual specific data instead. The team also has a clear overview now because they only see the projects they are actively working on, and more order and peace as there is now one central place where everything happens.

What are your future plans for using Rodeo within your team?

I would like to make use of the planning tool more. At the moment, I don’t understand this feature completely yet. Once I start getting the hang of it, Rodeo will be a very essential app to us. Even more, that is!
