Tell me about yourself and your organization.

SuperHeroes is the digitally born and raised global ad agency that is saving the world from boring advertising.

We're specialists in attracting attention in today's multi-everything world. Our eclectic mix of strategy, technology and design and a little creative secret sauce is pushing the growth curve of a great range of iconic brands.

What was the problem/opportunity that led your company to look into our solution, Rodeo?

Initially, we wanted to get a better understanding of the hours we spent on projects as well a good overview of the workload of our team. We did have a time-tracking tool in place but it was complicated to use. So we decided to give Rodeo a try.

How did we meet this need/opportunity?

Rodeo has an easy to use interface that makes time tracking easy. Our teams now actually fills out hours without having to be reminded every week.

How did you discover Rodeo? Describe the selection process.

Well, Rodeo found us in a sense that they were looking for Superpowers to help their marketing and creative campaigns. So it felt like a perfect match and it did not take a long time for us to decide to also become a Rodeo customer.

How do you use our product in your workflow today? What feature do you use the most?

We use Rodeo in all the stages of our workflow. From creating estimates, keeping track of budgets to tracking hours. We also just sent out our first invoice via Rodeo. The creation of estimates is our favorite feature, but we are also very happy with the easy time tracking.

What are the benefits you achieved?

Our projects are well time tracked. We have real time insights in where we stand and how many hours and budget is spent. We are managing budgets more efficiently, and creating estimates for new projects has become a breeze.

What are your future plans for using Rodeo within your team(s)?

We have recently integrated QuickBooks to Rodeo and are now exploring how to integrate our financial process with Rodeo. We also would like to use Rodeo more to assign tasks to team members and plan our workload even better,
