We use this information in order to be able to handle your request to contact you properly and to perform the contract with you to this end. If you contact us, your personal data will be retained until we are sure that we fully answered and correctly handled your request.

Providing our services

We developed all-in-one Project Management Software that optimizes your workflows by harmonizing your planning, administration, and reporting processes. In case we provide you with our service, we need to process personal data (performance of contract).

For this purpose, we process the following personal data:

• (Business) telephone number
• Country
• Payment details
• Any content of correspondence 

We need this information because of our agreement with you and to maintain the relationships resulting from this agreement. We store this information for the duration of the agreement. Certain information will be retained for a longer period if we are obliged to do so (for example because of the legal tax retention period of seven years). 

Creating a (trial) account

Via our website, you can create a free 30-day trial account with a view to using our application. After you choose a monthly subscription with us, you can use the primary services of Rodeo Software after the 30-day free trial.

For this purpose, we process the following personal data:

We need this information because of our agreement with you. We will store this information for a maximum of 1 year after you ended the 30-day trial or after you end your subscription. Request a demo

Via our website, you can request a (personal) online demo to try out our demo- environment. In about an hour, we will explain all the benefits & features of Rodeo Software.

Your email address will be added to the list of subscribers. We will retain your personal data until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Each newsletter contains a link from which you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. 

Handling job applications

You can apply to us for a job. For this purpose, we process the following personal data:

We use this data to handle your application and possibly enter into an employment contract with you (performance of contract). If we do not end up hiring you, we will only retain your data until four weeks after the application procedure has ended. We can retain your data for one year longer — with your consent — in case we might have an interesting vacancy in the near future. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending us an email. If you come to work for us, we will save your application data in the personnel file.

When you apply for a job at Rodeo Software, the application process goes through Homerun. Homerun is a specialized digital service for presenting vacancies, managing applications, and streamlining the application process. Whenever you visit https://jobs.getrodeo.io/ you are actually visiting Homerun. Therefore, their privacy policy applies. Rodeo Software also automatically collects anonymous information regarding your use of the website and the services of Rodeo Software via the application. For example, Rodeo Software will automatically track which parts of the website or application you visit, which web browser you use, and which website you visited before you accessed the website. We cannot identify you on the basis of these data, but this allows Rodeo Software to compile statistics on the use of the website and the application in order to optimise our primary services.

Providing data to third parties

Rodeo Software only shares your data with third parties when this is allowed by current legislation. It may happen that we provide your personal information to third parties, because:

• we have engaged them to process certain data; 
• we have a legal basis to this; 
• we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. if the police demand this in case of a suspicion of a crime).
