To ensure that Rodeo can be both technically maintained and continues to develop, we have created a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Within our Technical Support, we have defined 3 levels of service. Please click the link below that matches your problem.

What is the problem?

Rodeo doesn't respond any more.

Rodeo crashes when I use it.

There is a potential data breach.

Rodeo is operational, but has major functional loss.

Rodeo is operational, but has minor functional or technical loss.

Rodeo has a small cosmetic error.

All functionality works, but could be enhanced or improved.
